MWRA Permitting Process

In order to kick off the permitting process, we will visit your facility.  After obtaining some administrative information, a walkthrough will be conducted to review your company's operations.  At this time, we will identify regulated wastestreams.

With the information gleaned from the site visit and supporting documentation, the MWRA Sewer Use Discharge Application will be completed.  If applicable, the Low Flow Low Pollutant Addendum will also be completed.

If you wish, we can come to your facility to escort the MWRA Industrial Coordinator when they arrive to conduct the permitting inspection and help answer any questions that come up.

If your facility qualifies for MWRA's Low Flow/Low Pollutant Permit, we can conduct the required sampling event for that permit.
