permit expiration process

MWRA will send you an application for renewal of your permit 120 days prior to it's expiration.  The information provided should reflect current operations .  Notify us and we will handle the completion of the application for you.  We will then submit the completed application, and addendum if applicable, no later than 60 days before the expiration date of the permit as required.  As long as that deadline is met, the existing permit will not expire until the new permit is issued.
